Video analysis helps to improve performance by highlighting errors in technique and coupled with an experienced surf coach can help you get the most out of your time in the water by:

• Fix manoeuvres that you perform poorly, by pinpointing exactly where the problems are, and  how to solve them
• Improve your confidence and awareness when in the ocean
